Critical infrastructure for Singapore's energy ecosystem
Horizon Singapore Terminals operates a large-scale independent petroleum storage terminal on Jurong Island. The terminal became operational in 2006 and was officially opened in 2009. Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry described the facility as a major break-bulk and transshipment centre for petroleum and petroleum products.
With approximately 1.252 million cubic metres of storage capacity across 59 tanks, the terminal sits at Banyan Basin, an area of Jurong Island developed specifically for large-scale marine and petrochemical operations. Singapore's Maritime and Port Authority lists Horizon Singapore Terminals as an oil and chemical storage facility at Banyan Basin.

Where is the Horizon terminal located?
Our terminal is at 11 Meranti Crescent on Jurong Island, Singapore's energy and chemicals hub. It has direct access to deep water and to the island's industrial cluster.
What products do you handle?
We store and handle oil and petrochemical products, including crude oil, fuel oil, clean petroleum products and petrochemicals.
Do you offer short-term storage?
